Return policy

At Neiman Marcus, we sincerely hope you’re happy with each and every purchase. If not, we’d love to make things right by accepting a return for eligible items.

 

You may return your order within 5 days ，The refund amount is 100% of the price of the goods.

 

The packing and return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that all return shipments be insured.         All returns must be in new condition and the original packaging.         All returns require pre-authorization.         To request a return with pre-authorization, email us at moorains@hotmail.com      See below for return exceptions.

 

 

Returns are not accepted for:

 

• Products without the original packaging or not in their original condition

• Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications

 

Once your return request has been authorized, you will be given instructions on how to return your item back to our warehouse.       Return authorizations expire 10 days after they are issued so please initiate shipment within this timeframe.

Once we receive your return, allow 5-10 business days for processing and inspection of the item. Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment or by store credit.      Refunds for orders placed more than 90 days will be issued via check.

 

Returns will be denied and/or rejected if the item is not in original packaging or condition, and the collection and ship back of the item is the responsibility of the customer.
